Damage in Department Store

A broken pipe is the reason for all these ceiling tiles having to come down. The facility manager had called their insurance about the problem and was referred to SERVPRO of Abilene.

The water removal process begins almost immediately after we arrived. Using our truck mounted extractor we removed the majority of the water on the floor. In order to keep the humidity at normal levels we added dehumidifiers to building.

With the humidity in check we were also added air movers and pointed them along the wall and ceiling to remove the remaining water through evaporation and completed the drying process.
